Wellington Caving Group WCG Annual General Meeting 2024 Notice

Venue: The WCG Annual General Meeting will be held at the Johnsonville Scout Hall
Date and Time: 7:30pm Thursday 08 August 2024

The Wellington Caving Group is led by an elected committee of up to seven. The committee encourages nominations for all positions so that the committee has an active effective membership.

Job roles are outlined on the clubs website, or can be discussed by contacting a current position holder.

The Positions are:

  • President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Committee members (up to four)

Nominations for all positions are to be received by the secretary in writing by or at the meeting

If more than one nomination is received for any position a vote will be held. If there are no nominations by the closing date nominations will be called for at the Annual General Meeting.
